Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize team building events to foster a strong team spirit
  • Plan and manage the Human Resources (HR) phase, including onboarding and internal processes
  • Organize and support other club-related events (e.g., retreats, social gatherings, celebrations)
  • Monitor team atmosphere and help mediate interpersonal challenges

Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Creativity and initiative in developing engaging events
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Enthusiasm for building a positive and inclusive community

Additional Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in event planning or HR roles
  • Basic understanding of group dynamics or psychology
  • Fluency in English (German is a plus)
